It appears like the virus dies after about 3 days so the disinfecting process wouldn't actually have to work, it would just need to close the hotel for a few days and the virus would die by itself.

These are nice gestures, but they seem crazy when you actually look at what is required to properly clean a space where the virus has been introduced. I doubt Red Roof Inn would be up to the task...
