Or the Kensington Orbit Trackball. It's superior to the M570 because it has a bigger ball. I've used both, and the Orbit is much better.

Fair price but these M510s are often on sale for $19.99. I have been using them for over 10 years and they are quite nice, are a good size for a smaller hand, and get great battery life.
