Just use a 65 watt ryzen 3700x, instead of a 95-105watt processor. That will more than make up for the x570 in most usage cases. IMO, anyone considering x570 should not be concerned with a 6 watt...

Depends. Do you want PCIe 4.0 support for GPU's and SSD's? Then yes, it's better. Do you want to minimize power usage or save money? Then a 470 is better. Use case is everything.

There must be a cable coming from your NZXT H510 tower's USB-C port. You have to connect that cable to your mainboard's USB 3.2 Gen1 Header (Support 4 USB 3.2 Gen1 ports) (Supports ESD Protection)....
