I was under the same impression but they did quote me the $2300 of the 65" CX over the phone which has an MSRP of $2800 which implies that they won't be able to go much lower on the 77" from what...

If you can show them a cheap online deal for the model you want, they will probably beat it irrespective of the list price. In person in store is your best bet.
