I forget to subscribe within the 90 days after purchase. Not really a die hard starwars or marvel fan, but I'll gladly pay to sign up in a year, once we start seeing some more series.

Each manufacturer has their own warranty terms... some explicitly disclaim coverage if not purchased from an authorized dealer, some (like LG) do not.

It's aesthetics mostly, so if you think the E9 looks $300 better, jump on it. Yes, I know processor blah blah blah, but you would be hard pressed to ever see a difference.
