Not sure how it happened, but I order an Uber GC, got the $20 credit, and then Zola canceled my order and refunded my payment. I still have the $20 credit so far.

You have to start an order and then add the gift card in the checkout phase. Then cancel the order (never fully place it) and the card should stay saved in your account. Worked for me a few weeks ago...
