Did you already redeeem it? When you redeem, it can disappear too. It is present on my account - at least for me, it is working like any other Amex offer.

When you go into the item page, scroll to the middle of the page and select the "Shipping & Returns" tab. There you will see the shipping method. I think most are e-delivery.

You have to start an order and then add the gift card in the checkout phase. Then cancel the order (never fully place it) and the card should stay saved in your account. Worked for me a few weeks ago...
