If micro sd card isn't a thing than they wouldn't make it. You wouldn't know how great it is since you have only apple products. No need to spend extra $ on iCloud every month.

Yep, I’d bet the firmware updates will last a long time with that much ram and that processor. You have to be careful about getting older apple products because they’ll stop supporting it sooner.
