I did log out and log in with the new german account but gives me an error. Cannot use another account here. I made 2 two profiles and it starts downloading. now let's wait and see if this could work.

I was able to create the German account using the PS4 and download Knack 2 without any issues. I also logged off the German account and logged into my main US account and am able to play Knack 2...

U mostly likely already have it on another foreign acct from 2017. Game was launched accidentally as free on day 1 for almost a whole day in a bunch of counties, it was fixed before it was launched...
