The gopro gimbal is crap. Mine works fine with my Hero 5, but it ruins the audio. The buttons only work about half the time with my Hero 7 Black. I’d get your money back and buy some thing else.

Wow, I have been holding onto my Hero 4 Silver for dear life, it wont die and still does a good job. $117 for a gimbal isnt bad, BUT considering you an get the 7 black for $200, the choice is harder.
