The 3GB of RAM is the only bottleneck. My girlfriend's XR has apps crashing constantly; not sure what the culprit is, but I suspect memory could be part of it.

Verizon and AT&T have the only usable networks in this region. I'm not going down the sublet carrier road again as there always unreasonable restrictions, random lockouts for "excessive" usage, etc.
