I think that depends on each store? Also, this is just an oil change, so I wouldn't sweat too much. Sorry that your local firestone sucks that badly though.

I redact all of my statements based on reading the Yelp of my local Firestone Complete Auto Service. Total joke and I also remember my few experiences with them myself. Yes, they are complete jokes.
