Thanks for mentioning this, I never noticed this model has an on/off. Think I'm stuck in my ways with the old trigger style. My D grip lives to cut another day.

My Brushless D-handle has that same dumb problem with the shoe coming unlocked and moving around. Love the saw except for that little quirk.

thanks OP! been watching for one and anything trigger style cramps my hand after a little while so i'm going in on this. now i just need the 20v brushless angle grinder for under 150.
