Depends. This model is for more the pure runner, and packs a lot for running without dropping $600. If you want a wear-all-the-time health wearable, there are better options.

Looking for one with onboard GPS and music storage so you don't need to carry your phone or mp3 player when running. Samsung Active or active 2 is probably the cheapest with both features.
