OK, that's good if it works that way. I was going to use only local MicroSD storage anyway, not cloud. There was a Nov 2019 article about Wyze's Complete Motion Capture subscription to address this...

I can't find the setting to turn off the cameras IR setting. I only see the night vision settings that include off, auto and on under advanced settings.

For the price, they are awesome. Be aware, though, that they may have about a two year shelf life. I have about 6 cameras and 3 have developed an issue where you'll see a purplish hue on the camera...

I use mine outdoors in a hand made sheet metal enclosure. It has worked flawlessly for 1.5 years. At this point, I think aluminum foil would work too 😂
