Going by prices right now, a 16gb stick is pretty close to a 32gb stick. If you can only afford one upgrade stick, get a 32gb. If you can afford 2 get 2x32gb.

Definitely get the 2070S if you can afford it. If not, the 2060 would still be pretty good in things like gaming and video editing.

No hidden screws. Just some clips holding it around the edges. I usually get the front loose then the back comes off pretty easily. Just change the angle and it will slip right off.

Divide the timing by the speed. 16/2933 = .00546 20/3200 = .00625 so cl 16 @2933 will have lower latency. Ram speed is not as important for Intel as for AMD chips.
