Coursera don't hold any value. Certifications granted by Microsoft are an industry standard and hold a good deal of value. Of course it depends on the employer. Some value them more than others.

I think by 'Limited Subscription' it means that only selected Azure courses are available. Full Subscription gives you access to all courses on Pluralsight.
