Coursera don't hold any value. Certifications granted by Microsoft are an industry standard and hold a good deal of value. Of course it depends on the employer. Some value them more than others.

I think by 'Limited Subscription' it means that only selected Azure courses are available. Full Subscription gives you access to all courses on Pluralsight.

It's like with anything else. The certificate tells an employer that you've been exposed to the material, but there is no replacement for experience.
