You can spray it on the ear flap and outer ear but I wouldn't let it drip inside their ear canal

My vet recommended ChlorHex 2X for our dog that has a fungal infection. It has 4% Chlorhexidine. She basically explained that anything less than 4% is no better than soapy water.
