Happened to me, too. In the settings you can draw a box around an object to exclude it from monitoring that zone. If it doesn’t exclude too much of your overall screening area, it really helps...

I just got this a few weeks ago -- A few things that may help. I had an old 16V transformer. I connected the Eufy and tested it with a volt meter. It was 15.9v so I'm thinking great! Not so much....
