I would recommend Costco Kirkland brand hard anodized set, quality pans and should last a decade if hand washed and using utensils that don't scratch.

I just received this yesterday. The non-stick is 3 layers. The rubber molding ends aren't very clean and high quality. The pots look good!

Based on previous Circulon rebate submissions, I suspect we can only do mail-in submission and not online yet. The status check website is www.status-now.com (includes a dash)

Why is this the better combination? The Premier Professional set for $150 at Costco is a higher end set of cookware. It features the following which the momentum set does not support. ...

Someone doesn't know how to use cookware properly. And it's you.

I forgot a big one: Do NOT ever use cooking spray (like Pam, et al.) on nonstick cookware. It will build up and be very difficult to remove. And this residue buildup will make stuff stick to the pan.

Hard-anodized selling point is it's more durable than stainless steel (except in dishwashers) but also heats faster and more evenly. To even approach its performance with stainless steel, you need...

This makes little sense. The ripples are what make the food have less actual contact at all with the cooking surface, so flipping should be even easier. But never cook food in a cold pan.

Any issues cooking eggs in these sticking? I see they're rated as oven safe to 400 degrees, but wonder if you've used them like this? Have you had to use your warranty ever?

They may be silicone, which is safe up to 500°F or so.

I read in some reviews that the circles/ripples makes it hard for spatulas to flip things like eggs. Seems these raised circles are circulon's signature design, has anyone been bothered by these?

I 2nd this. I owned a set of Circulon non-stick cookware and there is just no way to get the bottom clean due to the raised grooves of the circular pattern.
