Well I would say a lower resolution than the native resolution sucks. For some reason it looks much worse compared to the same lowered resolution on a monitor that natively matches that lower res.

Better off with 2560x1440 for 27in. A 28in at 4k 3840x2160 is brutally small. You’ll have to scale it and it won’t be as crisp

I would suggest that you cancel your order and save an extra $100 by going with the Monoprice one instead. It is also 32" 4k and it has USB-C!

I predict that you won't be able to run these two monitors in 4K @60Hz. You might be able to run both at 4K with 30Hz over DP. The drawback is that video like YouTube will look choppy at times. Sorry...

I was thinking about this, can you run at higher hz if you lower resolution to 1440p like some of these 4k 60hz tvs can do “120hz” 1080p? Or perhaps it’s synthetic motionplus tech thats not real 120?

8 Bit panel does not haver anything to do with Color space. By the way, expand by original post and see. It has 99% sRGB and 90% DCI-P3 color gamut and that is also mentioned in their Psref page....
