Yes, but the one you are referencing is labeled light-duty and the one in this deal is labeled heavy duty, so it's not really a totally accurate comparison.

How the hell is a 16 ga wire ever "heavy duty"? For as much as you want to save money, invest in good quality, lower ga (thicker wire) extension cords that will be more versatile.

At 25 feet, yes. This is assuming your chainsaw isn’t over 13 amps. Bigger chainsaw or further than that, I wouldn’t recommend.
