I just ordered the acer for 300 from Amazon. I prefer ips as it has a good blend of color, contrast, speed, etc. Curved is also not ideal of you are going to run multiple monitors for a work space.

I did I don't think you can go wrong with either. I went with the Acer because they changed panels middle of last year to a much better panel from my understanding with less issues

Got mine set up today, picture looks great upgraded from my 1080p monitor. The stand is a small/ light. Just edited this, the stand is adjustable with a slight tug. oVerall im very happy with it.

Amazon has ACER XF270HU 1440P 27 Inch Tn Panel 144 hz for $270 but it's a tn panel. Their is also an ACER XG270HU 27 Inch 1440p 144 hz but it's red for $300.
