I've used this ladder before, pretty good for high ceiling reaches, however, it's hard to move around, pretty heavy though but understandable for its reach.

Yes these type of ladders are wobbly. Definitely unsettling at first if you’re used to ladder work. I have the Werner version of this. There’s movement but it’s been solid for me.

Not anywhere near my two story roof. The 22' is "reach". Even with a low pitched roof you'd probably need at least 28ft ladder. Go outside with a tape measure.
