The problem is, phone batteries aren't significantly larger because of nixing the headphone jack and the expandable storage. Additionally, those ports existing or not doesn't really matter for water...

From what I see the price is really $307 , due to $8 minimum shipping costs. Best Buy is $13 more and has all color options and a better return policy.
