Probably not a good idea to use with Nintendo switch. There appears to be a risk of bricking the switch if you use an off brand USB c dock for power+HDMI+USB. Genki claims to have done the research...

I have this , didn’t work well with the MS Surface Pro, always intermittently dropping video , was very inconsistent, couldn’t get any response from the vendor.

This one does not have any USB 2.0 ports. So if you are planning to use Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse, you will have ghosting issues as they don't work properly with USB 3.0.
