As long as there remains cold stuff in it, it will stay cold. I don't recommend putting all warm drinks in at once. It's much better to stock it the first time with cold drinks.

One other thing to note is efficiency. This will produce very little cooling for the electricity it uses. Something to keep in mine if you planned on using it for camping or on a boat or whatever.
