It doesn't look like it. Usually, they'll have it pretty clear on the specs page. Also, generally the only Ryzens with integrated graphics have a G at the end, such as Ryzen 3 3200G.

It does require a dedicated graphics card. The ones with built-in graphics end in G, like the 3400G and 3200G, and previous generation 2400G and 2200G.
