Just FYI, when it says seller refurbished, 99.9% of the time it's an aftermarket knock-off screen. A decent after-market OLED screen cost about 150-200$ and sad to say, it's never as good as apple...

ATT won't unlock because of financial responsibility. That's been my experience with vipoutlet iPhones. It will work fine on any ATT mvno as well.
