Just keep in mind if you are lifting a heavy box you can easily exceed the 225 lb. rating. Personally I would go for the 300lb rated one for safety. But I am a big guy.

14 lbs steel 4 step ladder is not lightweight for this height. Rubbermaid aluminum is about 5 lbs... I have 3 & wouldn't ever buy a 14 lb ladder for inside the house tasks
