For that price tag i see only Open-Box Satisfactory condition, while Open-Box Excellent goes for whopping $1,785.99. I mean, as long as it doesn't affect performance, it's freaking great price.

It doesn't compare. Their QLED are way better except the QLED 6 series. The rest of samsung lineup that's not QLED are pretty much budget sets now.

The RU8000 is better. This is a successor in number only. Samsung shifted their lineup, so this year's 8000 series is closer to last year's 7000 series.
