Sorry to hear this. Sucks. Hope you’re able to resolve this with your credit card company if it comes to that. I had to.

+1. Ordered a pour over and it arrived broken. Bodum doesn’t even ship it in a box. The chemex type pour over just comes in a big box without its own independent box. Horrible. And their support...

The slowness of the electric stovetop is the reason there is a market for electric kettles In the first place. And no it's not cheaper, not even close. Medium size burner pulls. Avg 1800 watts...

If the design is exactly as pictured, the lid is SUPER easy to come off. Same as any tea kettle. If the spout is the same as what I think it is, it has a nice steady pour. These things are used a...

The only support you get is emailing them, no phone call or online chat. When I email them asking for a return, I can see a ticket is created, then they simply closed it without saying anything. I've...

Really? If it does, it should be noted on the product page. Can someone who already has this one confirm this or not? … is gooseneck a very slow pour? Because I would use it mostly for other things...

Interesting. Looks to have a very similar design to the made in Japan Hario Buono line. Something to consider, most if not all of these kettles have plastic or silicon parts inside as part...

Quite honestly, I don't LOL. When buying this I knew I'd miss out on variable temperatures and a built in thermometer so I haven't done anything to ensure I'm getting a proper temp. I usually just...

For tea, I don't think the gooseneck part matters and may actually be a hindrance. I regularly use an AeroPress inverted (similar height to a tea pot) and find it easier to use a traditional kettle...
