I’m planning to buy a bunch of eneloop batteries and have none right now. Are there any good bulk prices or deals in general right now for the batteries?

None of my chargers will attempt to charge a battery inserted the wrong way they either display null or an error message. A couple will not even let you insert the battery wrong way in. As far as...

No, it doesn't matter how the charger is oriented or whether the AC plug is polarized (with one spade larger). Perhaps the confusion over horizontal/vertical stems from a translation problem or...

The charger is supposed to be oriented vertically. I don't think it matters with the batteries. All of my corded chargers have the batteries horizontal. My wall chargers (Eneloop chargers and an...

no actual smart charger i've seen needs this, from liitokala, nitecore, opus etc, they work on voltage detection. even the 15 minute battery toasters just run the fan all the time regardless.

I got one in 2008 and another in 2010. Most of the batteries are still working fine. The chargers are in a drawer. The comment about the chargers refers to the ones with covers. I saw the comment in...

I don't buy NiMh's that often so I can't cite specific prices pre-pandemic, but $10 for 4 AA's seems kind of high. What did decent ones cost say a year ago, both Eneloops and not?

I got mine at Costco around 2010. I never knew you were supposed to charge them vertically. All the better quality chargers in nay review and video show them used horizontally.

This is a pretty simple device, but I'd like to recommend it as I own it. It's a good little charger and works well. I enjoy the battery life of the Eneloop batts, too.
