Already done the full cycle, and am now back to brewing with my OXO Brain. I went OK coffee, to manual espresso, fully auto, roasting my own beans, now back due to ease of serving and maintenance.

For those using these as espresso beans, I implore you to look for something that has a roast date as close to today as possible. Last I checked, lavazza does not put the roast date on their bags...

You can use any beans coffee for non-espresso type drinks, just make sure it is ground to a particle size appropriate for the method you use to make the coffee.
