If you've never used any kind of tongue scraper you should do your toothbrush thing till you're done, then try a scraper and see if anything else comes off... for many people this will be the case.

Nope. Just nope. If a toothbrush isn't good enough, then I give up. I know a fair amount of ADULTS that cannot even be bothered to brush their teeth on the regular. This seems overkill.

Everyone should own a stainless steel tongue scraper, but I prefer the single-handle design for a few cents more. Don't use on the back corners of your tongue (for reasons I can't remember).
