If you've never used any kind of tongue scraper you should do your toothbrush thing till you're done, then try a scraper and see if anything else comes off... for many people this will be the case.

Received mine a few days ago. Slathered it in hand sanitizer first. The handles screw off pretty easily and the scraper isn’t bent symmetrically, but it performs as expected.
