The ingredients in this that make it worth it to me are rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha. I believe in both of those supplements for mood boosting properties. The B vitamins are nice to have as well...

They are awesome. I highly recommend it. True Lemon is better as you can use it for lots of stuff, including cooking or even topical use (e.g. skin blemish removal).

That's nice to know. I think what didn't work for me is the texture. I don't like Snickers for the same reason. I prefer crusty inside personally.
