hydrogen peroxide is also useful, particularly for cleaning the produce. for general cleaning purpose, it also works against COVID-9, just takes more time to take effect compared to alcohol.

I thought hand sanitizer needed to be a minimum of 60%?So you should be able to add 10% aloe or vegetable glycerin and some hydrogen peroxide and it will still be effective as a hand sanitizer.

Isopropyl 70%. Ethyl (the stuff in commercial product and beer) 60%. 91% is doable, but only a very small amount of moisturizing stuff can be added. Best is 99.9%.
