HP warranty works in tiers. If you buy their most expensive computers (Spectre, OMEN), you get excellent service. If you buy their cheaper products, you get awful customer service

The only negative I see is the screen NTSC rating is only 45%. If the intended use for the laptop is photo editing, I don't think this is a good choice. I believe an NTSC rating of at least 72%...
