It’s a different type of bankruptcy. I don’t expect any liquidations any time soon. Moreover being slickdealers we won’t buy a rental car for personal use that too at marketing price.

Some get wrecked.....so? Carfax should show that immediately. Hertz/Avis don't really try to hide their repairs....and they send anything wrecked to auction, not sold on their own lots.

I've never been in a rental with over 40k miles on it. 90k would be insane for a 2019 and no rental agency would keep a car with that high mileage for liability reasons.

Most people don't realized most of the cars they sell are not rentals, they are mostly from the auctions. They sell most of the rental fleets back to the auctions.

Ditto - I rent pretty often for work travel and all my cars from National have had pretty much less than 20k miles - with most less than 5k. Once the OEMs warranty expires I doubt the rental agencies...
