It’s an SE. Bottom of the range, built for PRS by another company in Indonesia. PRS SEs are easily the best bang for the buck in their price range, but this isn’t an American-made guitar.

They do sell restocks or open box items. If they labeled it new and it's used that's obviously wrong. I'd just call them and ask them. Their customer service has been good in my experience.
