Wifi 6 uses 160mhz which uses most of the 5ghz 20mhz channels to get 160mhz at same time and DFS ones unless live in country with no other wifi congestion you won't be hitting that.

You can check your usage daily. I never use up my 1TB and I stream movies every day too. YMMV. I think unless you use playstation now streaming the consumption shouldnt be that much.
