No, it’s not.
Color accuracy on TN panels is not very good. I’d suggest looking for an IPS panel.

Not a pro but IPS panels can display colors better than TN panels, if that’s one of your photoshop concerns. This should be capable of handling regular office work without issues.

If you have enough money for 4k gaming then you have enough money to buy yourself a better monitor. Hooking your tower up to a 60hz 4k TN panel would be doing it a disservice.
