Might not be the smartest move, to disable BIOS updates, with Spectre and Meltdown and all it's variants. I think some of these chips are coming with a hardware patch, but I'm sure they'll be plenty...

Isn't the OC limited to turbo speed on non k processors? Currently, running a i4670s (3.1ghz) on a MSI H81 with fixed multiplier at 38 with 100 fsb and ram at 1600 on 1.6v. I get total speed of 3.93...
