Yeah it seems like a weird Google issue. When I type out DCS570B it Google's correctly. The model I think you see is the 4-1/2" atomic DCS571.

Correct, you could use this if you are right or left handed, it's just the side the blades on. If a righty uses this be prepared to be covered in sawdust on certain cuts!

Blade right side is safer for right hand sawing, if blade was left side you would have cross over the blade to use your top grip. Of course blade left is easier sightline than blade right
