That's what I thought. It doesnt make any sense for the WD drive to be better when the benchmarks for consumer workloads show otherwise and rival some of the performance of a Samsung drive.

I’m not sure I understand...the sata version is less reliable than the nvme? I thought nvme was basically 2 sata connections? At least on my Gigabyte board to use nvme, you use 2 of the sata headers
