I just got this combo today, sound is really good. I now have 4 soundbar at my house, two high end Samsung and the jbl hold its own with the subwoofer. That sub makes this worth it. Now I can turn on...

When you check out, you had to make sure you change the sub from pickup to shipping. If I didn't catch that, i would have been a pickup. check your original order confirmation.

Yea, I am able to control the volume with my Sony remote. For some reason I sometimes have to unplug and plug the sound bar back in when the tv is turned off though. Maybe it's because it's connected...

Yeah, anything wireless needs to be replaced every 2 years because it’s too complex. Eventually the complexity builds up in the exhaust and you have to buy a new thing.

I've had this soundbar for over a month. For the price it's great also comes with android TV. I bought from best buy as well, they were able to refund me the difference of the current price.
