I'm a mid-forefront runner. The Altra shoes have been great. NOt sure on this model but others work great for your kind of running.

I did some research and I went for hoka for higher price. Looks like zero drop is not comfortable and need time to adjust.

Id love to hear a comparison as well, the Hoka Bondi 6 are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn, only drawback is the price of them.........
