The rated speed never gives you the whole picture. They all advertise XMP max speed. Also your CL15 @3200 might be faster in synthetic benchmarks, but in real world usage people won't notice. ...

I have 32gb of gskill ripjaws cl16 ram. Took a bit of resetting and reboots but xmp profile worked the best but I won't overclock until I get a gpu card

They work and w/o a lot of fuss although the timings are not much to speak of. You can't go wrong with Gskill, the best dimms on AMD bar none.
