Yes. But it would be overkill. It would be more efficient to charge via your car outlet, or a pocket solar power bank, than this. This is more useful/effective for larger appliances.

I believe you can use a power conditioner. Or a battery backup like one would use for a PC, which would provide power suitable for electronics. I've not looked, I'm not up to speed on if a battery...

The only battery on my larger generator is for the electric start. I would expect that to be the same here too. It probably has a rope pull (recoil) starter too.
