Yeah, I noticed the same. I just used the Starbucks offer and didn't get an email so figured it didn't apply to reloads. But then I checked amex.com a day later and I had the credit.

I got a targeted offer... $6.50 off ANY bottle, up to 15 bottles. I bought 6 $22 bottles of wine for free shipping. After 20 amex promo it comes out to about $3.70 a bottle out the door.

I was able to get the amex offer when using a one time use code from the first shipment. I'll probably keep it as it wasn't a bad deal, but definitely prefer the extra amex offer.
