I havent had to buy or store gas, pay for maintenance, pull a muscle since 2012. I got a battery and wired for first of the season cutting and when I have help. Batteries also work with other tools....

Not having to deal with gasoline is a major advantage. No fumes or flammable liquids in the garage. Electric is also quieter.

I tried to order via Amazon and it wouldn’t allow delivery to me in Sacramento. It didn’t say why but was able to order from Home Depot same price, free shipping but longer shipping it looks like.

Reading more, the Sun Joe page says this mower has 6 height positions. That matches the photos vs. the Amazon description that states only 3 positions.
